CCT10: I have attained a sponsor :)
Posted: 04 Oct 2007, 18:48AMD has agreed to sponsor CCT10 in the way of prizes for competitors and spectators.
The exact number of prizes will not be known until the items are shipped, but I have been told:
T-Shirts
Pens
Stickers
Processors (recently announced revisions)
The website will be updated in the next few days when I have some spare time to reflect the exact number of items coming.
Unfortunately due to press requests, I was unable to procure actual hardware to be used by competitors, but for future events this is now a possibility.
I am in talks with another potential sponsor for some $$$ to help pay for the commentator, Chess.fm, and shipping costs of the prizes.
