Cygwin1.dll versions

A few days ago, somebody adviced in this forum to replace all cygwin1.dll versions that were on the HD by the last one to avoid problems such as several versions loading at the same time.
I followed the advice and it had very bad consequences on my tournament, as I can see now. At least 2 engines (Muriel and SmallPotato) lost all their games (giving up the Queen) since I replaced old cygwin1.dll by the new one.
All I can do now is fix the problem and continue the tournament (I have no time to replay the games). I hope that this misfortune will help people to avoid doing the same mistake !
