Reguarly Soldat claims draw by mutual agreement. However, no such agreement
happened. There is a pattern to the claim. If you repeat the position 2 times
(not 3) it claims this. When it should allow you to make the 3rd move.
This seems to be a premature 3-fold-rep claim.

Yes I noticed this also, but it doesnt happen always.
(round 4 and 14 i.e. in Class C last edition)
