Hello Rafael,
It cannot work with dotnet 1.0 because you have the hardcoded path "v1.1.4322".
Off course I can correct it with a hex editor to "v1.0.3705" (the dotnet version installed on my computer) and run your engine but maybe you find another solution to the problem?
