Thanks, Leo. The error message means that the best move got overwritten in the hash table. Because of the error message I now recognize a possible problem in the Horizon search. It's a very subtle bug, but it must be causing occasional errors. It's the type of bug where the deeper the search, the more likely the possibliity of an error. I've been looking for an error of this type for over a year now. This might be it.
I will game-test my latest changes when I get a chance. (I'll be out of town for several days.) I am hoping that these changes will make a difference. If anyone wants to test this experimental beta, version 4.1b6, please download it from the Horizon beta page.
