new Dan 1.04b is at my site.
changes:
- new book by Oliver Deuville
- log file working now [off by default]
- very few changes on eval,recognizer and everywhere else
hope these will be enough for a new subversion.

Hello Daniel,
A big thank to you and Olivier for this update.
I have forgotten to let play the version 1.04a in the 4th round of my tournament.
But now this version 1.04b is in red wrotten and the version 1.04b will not be forgotten.
