Gothmog is *leading* by 5.5-3.5? Surely you intended to write the
opposite?
Ouch. How brutal of you to force a weak and innocent engine like mine
play so many games against a giant like Junior! :-)
Thank you very much for the games and results so far!

Hi Tord
No, Gothmog 0.4.7 is indeed leading by 5.5-3.5 but the running 10th game
will go lost so that the first serie will end with 5.5-4.5 for your
aggressive playing engine.
Best regards

Okay Tord the joke is up, no one believes you anymore when you refer to your engine as poor, helpless or weak.

PS - I really appreciated your response to Daniel in CCC, I had the same questions about generating checks and SEE based on attack tables. And thanks Daniel for asking the same questions I have.

But in this case I was comparing it to Junior, which is in a completely different league.
Thanks. I'm glad to learn that you appreciated it. :-)

When the result is 5.5-4.5 for gothmog then it suggests that if something is poor helpless and weak then it is Junior7 because Junior7 is the loser and not gothmog.

In the meantime (after 14 games) it stands 7.0-7.0 or in other words:
out of the last four games, Junior 7 got 2.5 points. I suppose that
Gothmog 0.4.7 like the speculative style of Amir Ban's program. Therefore,
the next match will go vs the very solid Chess Tiger 15 and then we shall
know ...
