RWBC Open Class started (plus some RWBC notes)

Well I had to do some last minute changes soon after I finished
a Human tourney Tuesday night (played for the first time in the
champions class of local region yearlies event).
I simply forgot to inform the author of Rybka about the current
state of the UCI2WB adapter by Fabien. (Vasik asked me already
4 weeks ago if he could participate, when the adapter would be
stable enough).
Also I forgot about the behaviour of DeepTrouble which also hang
after every game in the last edition. Now Rybka finally replaces
DeepTrouble and the first round pairing is redone and running :)
Moreover I changed a rule of RWBC, from now on I will play only
21 rounds in each class, this is because of the huge number of
opponents in the current Open Class _and_ because WBTM doesnt
handle a number of rounds greater then half of the number of
participants. (I always used a workaround in the past)
Remember that my classes are 42 now and will remain like that.
As I already had told before the Open Class will be reduced to
42 also in this edition! this means all programs beyond place
42 (of 82) are out. They can come back of course if they have
a) a new version in the next edition and b) qualify in the
usual way as before. (40% versus the last 5 of the last edition
in a double gauntlet)
I invented another rule too for programs currently using
a BookThinker book by Lance Perkins. Those are 5 in the
actual Open Class (if I counted right), 3 UCI programs and
two very new programs in development where the authors yet
had no time for book making and asked me for a book.
The rule goes like, that if such programs meet each other
I will provide a small book for both only to avoid the
small but disgusting chance that there is still a bad
line in my 30 plies main book (a little improved TheKing
book, which was used in Class A with no bad success IMHO)
I have yet not decided how much plies this small book
will be (a cut down main book). Currently I tend to a
value between 8 and 14 plies at most.
Of course it would be better in the future, when the adapter
of Fabien is more introduced, if authors of UCI programs
who wnat to compete in WB tourneys too, would either provide
an own book (like i.e. Silke and Piranha) or just create
one with Bookthinkers help (I believe Lance will surely
allow this, if asked) from a desired pgn, or send me an
already cleared and weeded pgn.
This is just better than all having the same book by me ;)

No hangings no crashes no time losses after already 32 games :)
One or two bugs found so far though, one of them is a stalemate
bug in SEE_067, which stalemated his opponent with a huge material plus.
More later...
