You can send it at any time before Borer starts, will be in 7 to 12 days.
Its hard to give a date because I dont know how much matches each engine will play before he is qualified for an division.
btw. did you got the debugfile I have sent yesterday?

In case of a Tie in a Round Robin tourney:
S-B!
In cases where the S-B system does not resolve a tie, further tie splits in the following order are used :

I expect to start in 7 to 14 days, its not neccesary that all qualify's are played before I start with the promotion tourneys of the first 4 divisions!
I dont expect any new engine to reach the Premier, it even will be very hard to reach the 2nd with opponents like Amateur, The Baron and Arasan!

Quiet strange - though with latest version I am not able to reproduce it.
Aded some more debug statements in case it recurs.
Looks like one of those things that got "automagically" fixed
7 - 12 is a lot of time !

You are probably right but you can never be sure that an engine like
Geko 0.4.3 or Praetorian 2.1 will not be heavily improved and even if it only get improved to promote to the 3th division you have problems if you start the promotion matches too early.
I remember that thinker started (not in your tournamenr) as a weak engine and got many hundreds of elo in a short time.

You are probably right but you can never be sure that an engine like

It will directly enter the Premier Division.
I think the point is that AnMon has already played in WBEC before.
Maybe Leo let it play in the new-engine qualify only for testing purposes.

It will directly enter the Premier Division.
I think the point is that AnMon has already played in WBEC before.
Maybe Leo let it play in the new-engine qualify only for testing purposes.

I am not Leo and I hope he forgives me that I answer this now,
after more and more people ask again.
AnMon was excluded quite a while ago, because AnMon ran not stable
enough under his conditions. Now it seems the newest AnMon is
stable again there and so it started in the Qualifying after some
abstinence fom WBEC. No mysteries and no myths

I do not think that it will directly enter(I understood that shredder7.04 is going to fill the missing place in the premier).
I think that Leo simply forgot about Anmon and of course it should be tested before promoting to the premier.

It always sounds funny to me because "premier" is the french for "first" anyway

Does it mean that FrancescaMAD 0.0.9 is going down to the second division even if no engine promotes to it(except Anmon that promotes automatically)?

Right Fabien, just because the number of participants was uneven I let AnMon play, just test his stabillity.
Shredder will not enter WBEC at this edition, if so it should have played at the qualify's!
AnMon was taken out of the 1st and will return to the 1st!
