RWBC Class D new results (2 participants exchanged!)

I hade to make a tough and quick decision after I found again
a wrong draw claim by Cilian (despite my little tests before start)
and by Soldat too.
(Cilian sometimes claims draws in position where there is no draw at all
and sometimes one move too early when the opponent is to move,
last point meets Soldat too. I guess this is only true for WB, under
other GUIs I believe that the GUI makes that decisions?)
This happened already 4 times for Cilian and 2 times for Soldat in
the last edition (forfeit those games).
I guess in times before LGPGNVER (automatic tool for searching
for wrong results in pgn files) some of those buggy results found
a place in game downloads.
(Well in fact I found a few in different well known sources,
older RWBC games included - I will correct mine later...)
In fact one should always check WB games with LGPGNVER but
sometimes one just forgets about.
-Cilian 4.13 removed and replaced by Uragano 0.77 (wrong draw claims)
Uragano takes place 41 in the seeding list except first 2 rounds
-Soldat 0.25b removed and replaced by Delphil 0.77g (wrong draw claims)
Delphil takes place 42 in the seeding list except first 2 rounds
I hope someone cares for Cilian as the source is still available
and I would welcome a bugfix, also for Soldat if it is still
under construction.
This had also some influence on the Open Class, because Zotron
and Kanguruh are saved because of that and dont need to qualify
next edition.
Also the Qualifying opponents changed because of that.
All concerned pages are updated.
After round 3 there will be a little break until Sunday night to give all
the chance to use the last chance for the free updating period.
