Question(s) about Jonny

1) It seems Jonny isn't available for download anymore?
(sometimes the site doesnt load at all BTW)
2) I noticed that someone maintained in another forum that
version 2.62b would be the newest one, but AFAIK 2.62b was
just the beta release before 2.62 a few days later?
Or was there a later private version called 2.62b, when *b*
did not mean 'beta'?

AFAIK, 2.62b was a beta version before the release of 2.62.

Well, it is, but as I realized today the link on the page isn´t there
any more. You can still download it under
http://www.schachclub-forchheim.de/jonn ... 62_win.zip (Windows) and
http://www.schachclub-forchheim.de/jonn ... 62_lin.tar (Linux).

You are right, 2.62 is the newer (and IMHO better) version compared to 2.62b, by the way some bugs were fixed. There is only a 2.63b running in
a tournament by Heinz van Kempen at the moment, but this is not
available for download yet.
