AT 2004 Tournament

AT 2004 Tournament, start on Friday 23th July 2004
8 engines, 20 rounds, 560 games, Athlon 1.3/64 MB hash
All games played under Arena-GUI
Time control: 90m+30s, ponder=off, 3-/4-men EGTB
Books: own books, no book learning
Possible participants:
- AnMon
- Aristarch
- Crafty
- Delfi
- El Chinito
- Gothmog
- SmarThink
- SOS
- Tao
- Thinker


Some questions to this tourney:
1) Is the crafty.rc file mentioned below ok?
2) Do all engines understand time control 90m+30s?
3) Have I forgotten a strong amateur winboard/uci-engine?

I'd be more tempted to use this for Crafty.rc

I'll be interested to see how Anmon goes as it's the only one of these programs I haven't tried.

Since you are using Arena I recommend removing the above line and specify this in the command line options for Crafty in Arena.
xboard
I recommend adding the above xboard command to the .rc file as it eliminates problems that occur under Arena.

kibitz 1 (remove this as it is for ICS mode)
whisper 2 (remove this as it is for ICS mode)
