Baron 0.26 released

Hi all,
After a month full of bug fixing, tweaking and trying to add some new functionality the Baron 0.26 is released. Major changes:
- Evaluation is now aware of game phases
- Lots of bug fixes
- Internal Iterative deepening
- Added knowledge
