Version 0.5.1 (be-nice-to-tournament-organisers version) has just been released.
Now can be configured through file. sample sp.rc is packaged. Ripped tokeniser code from Amy-0.8.1, so thanks go to Thorsten Greiner for the code.
It can now resign. (configurable value, default to 6.5)
Switched, and very slightly tweaked, default evaluation function. As a side effect, the scores printed in analysis mode are now of the standard multiples of pawn style.
Speeded up by about 20%. (Thanks to Dann Corbit for the heads-up)
Not really any stronger, except that it shouldn't throw away as many won endgames as the previous versions.
