New engine: Madeleine v0.1 (WB/UCI)

According to the readme file Madeleine is capable to handle alternative
tablebases called GAFS! (It seems you might be _theoretically_ able to
generate up to 9men TBS with this program...)
I found some informations by research: (if scrolling down to the middle
you will find an English version of the text)
