In my currently running round of blitz tournament(134), there were 4 identical games between Soldat(white) and TGiant(black).
In all of them Soldat claimed a draw by repetition after it's move 12. Qc3, where in fact three repetition will appear only after TGiant's move 12...Ne4, so Soldat had no right to claim a draw.
Anywhere, I let the result stay(TGiant also claimed a draw after its move), but in fact this is a bug.
Strange thing that with opposite colours there were 4 different games...
