New IL-4, Ver-qual 7

By some requests I decide to run additional rounds for all 7 qualifiers to
allows new versions gain 20 games and get more accurate test.
The 7th qualifier for new versions is concluded.
(The 6th qualifier is skipped because there all three new versions have been
qualifiered and yet started in the long loop.)
To be qualified, a new version needs to take upper place than the best
previous version.

Time control: 30'+3"
P3 1GHz 256MB; hash settings is up to 38MB in sum for each engine;
resign is set to 6; few 5-men Nalimov's TBs.
Galis WBTM 0.5.0 is used to arrange the event.
