Hello,
CCO has received questions why it's technical manuals are no longer available for unregistered visitors. The reason is CCO does not wish to give out it's knowledge for free to amateurs and people who do not take this game seriously. CCO also wishes to encourage non-cheating players to cheat, as there must be a good balance of cheaters/non-cheaters on all good chess servers. Thank you for understanding.
