Can it be that Ruffian is not so good in endgame as we thought? Why did she not continue giving checks at move 116? Or was the game already unsaveable?

I don't quite understand you: 116... Ra1+ 117. Kg2 Ra2+ 118. Kh3 and what else?
And why Ruffian is 'she'? Are you married?

I don't quite understand you: 116... Ra1+ 117. Kg2 Ra2+ 118. Kh3 and what else?
And why Ruffian is 'she'? Are you married?

You are right, I overlooked this completely.
Ruffian has got her name after a horse, who was a mare (as far as I know).
