YABRL: Anmon on its way up

In fact Anmon 5.30 has scored in my Blitz tests (720 unique games) roughly 40 points more than the previously tested version 5.22.
I noticed that the executable of this new version is _exactly_ as big as the one from version 5.22. Does this indicate that this improvement has been achieved solely through parameter changes and tuning?
Btw, I had no problems whatsoever with Anmon 5.30's time management, but of course the time control used was 300+2 and not "game in XX" as Mogens did.
For details on platform, conditions, tools etc. please refer to the link below. The next engine is Thinker 4.5b that recently made a very strong impression. And YABRL will also break through the 20000 games "barrier" ...

Hello Robert,
yes, AnMon looks good and finally has managed the first decisive progress since 1999 . Anyway I am happy that it advanced close to the very top, as I like its interesting tactical style.

The timeproblem could be a purely local phenomenon. Possibly restricted to a particular setup (G/X', ponder on, etc.) on my computer. I'll check other variations when my KO tourney is over. If that isn't the case my best guess would be something related to pondering. Whatever the problem I feel confident that CB will figure it out.
