which OS did you use and which GUI ? At least on my PC (Windows XP Pro / WinBoard) Rebel does not use any CPU-sources when it has to wait for the opponent move and ponder is off...

Hi Thomas ! Here OS is Win98 and GUI is Fritz8... I can still test it with my other computer (WinXP home) and other GUI's, we'll see if I get the same.
