Easy testposition (without TBs) or a hart test-position?

Is this a easy testposition (without TBs) or a hart test-position?
It is a draw, but:
I let run (without TBs) Fritz 8, Junior 8, Shredder 704, and all
this programs says +3 or +4 for white.
Then I load YACE and see it !
(Without EGTB)

It's much easier with tablebase files (Yace output is instant):
