When I started with RWBC there were already some programmers around
with two programs, now there are even more.
For that reason I simply decided that max. 2 programs from the same
author are allowed. I would find it sad to play only with one of
them. How much they differ from each other is of no concern for me.
(simply because the task of deciding about a min. difference
between 2 programs from one author would be impossible)

P.S. there are some more in RWBC of course.
(there is even one programmer who had 3 different named
programs at one time, but according to my rules I only use
two of them.)
