New Infinite Loop-5, Ver-qual 8

The 8th qualifier for new versions is concluded.
To be qualified, a new version needs to take upper place than the best
previous version.
Note that AnMon 5.30 reserved a place for a new AnMon by Stars Only
quailifiers. So it has to compete vs the latest version (5.32).
