18.c5 is pretty speculative, against best play it might well lose. 18.Bg3 looks safer, close to equality. After c5, Amateur helps Aristarch out with two blunders, 21...Qe7 and 22...Rfe8. I can't duplicate Rfe8 with any Amateur version, but with pondering and long tc, moves are often non-repeatable.
Even so, it takes 29.f4! to win. Doesn't look like there's much defense after that.
