Actually this was the second test game- in the first one BlackBishop beat Holmes 0.84k. I decided to try myself. In blitz I never was a good player (but nowadays I'd presumably play bad in any time control)- yet I had a drink during the game and apparently it helped me.
Question: do you think I should adjust some parameter in the configuration (.cfg) file in order to give BlackBishop more concern about king safety? A move like 22...hxg6?? should not be made.
Anyway, in my computer, BlackBishop is still undefeated against other engines
Telmo
Hi Telmo,
nice king attack from you . It's a lot to do in BB, especially pawn storms against the king . Thanks for the game, it should help me to optimize here something in BB.
And adjusting here values in BlackBishop.cfg will not help, because king attacks with only pawns will be nearby ignored in the search.
But isn't the game anyway lost, some moves before 22...hxg6?
best wishes
Andreas
