New Infinite Loop-5, 8b

The 17th long event of New Long IL-5 is concluded, as well as the second
run (b) of the loop. The third run will be held for engines with 10 games
played and their neighbours.
Tao 5.6 bug: it stays in RAM after its game is concluded.
Time control: 80'+3"
Celeron 1GHz 256MB; hash settings is up to 38MB in sum for each engine;
resign is set to 6; few 5-men Nalimov's TBs.
Galis WBTM 0.5.0 is used to arrange the event.
