I cannot open zipped book (alfil_apt.zip).
Winzip says: "Cannot open file: it doesn't appear to be a valid archive."

It seems to be truncated.
With PKZIPFIX and PKUNZIP I could get the text file(alfil.apt), but it is only 2Mb instead of 12Mb which are written in the ZIP-file header....
