Hi there,
SzG Swiss 3rd division (9th season) has begun. There are a lot of newcomers (at least to my tournament), so I think this season may be interesting not only for me.
1st round results
Leila-Jonny 0-1 Jonny managed to win in an even-looking endgame.
TCB-Chezzz draw
Queen-Djinn draw Queen's activity made up for the loss of a pawn.
Patzer-Abrok 1-0 A miscalculation by Abrok lost a game having bright prospects, although time trouble may have had its impact as the endgame seemed defendable.
Ufim-Gothmog 0-1
Trace-SlowChess 1-0 Awful play in the opening by SlowChess.
Bringer-Merlin 1-0 Here the opening by Merlin was awful too, and this decided the game however big resistance he put up later.
GreKo-Frenzee It looks GreKo will be too weak for this field.
Capture-BlackBishop Interesting but losing play by BB.
Booot-Betsy 1-0 Betsy trapped her own rook in the endgame.
Fruit-Hermann 1-0
Naum-Arasan 1-0 What a game!
