40H is a collection of 22 command window utility programs for working on pgn files.

Since all the 40H programs were written in Java, multi-platform support (in the form of the "class files") is provided.

40H now contains 23 programs.

I have a new program "cleanUp" (actually a reinstated program that I updated) that filters out games from a ".pgn" file that have null values ("?", "????.??.??", "*") for Event, Date, White, Black or Result. I was thinking of also filtering out Site, but I left it in for now.
