x64 & win32 Intel compiler 10 p.g.o builds.

Thanks to Dan Honeycutt for allowing me to
compile the private source code.

Benchmark test using internal 'bench' command:

Almost double the speed for 32 bit, that's awesome. I have downloaded it, I hope that the new version let Bruja stay in its division for another year or so.
