Hi,
As promised a new Baron version: 0.28
Some corrected faults:
* Enabled playother command (was implemented but disabled incorrectly)
* Enabled analyze command in console and chessbase mode (see above)
* Stop pondering after a result is received
* Now able to receive 'new' command while thinking
* Use hashtables during quiesce search (10% faster)
* Smaller transposition hashtables (20% smaller)
Well, I plan now to redesign the Baron (I already planned that when I released 0.26) so I hope there will be no serious errors anymore that need a quick fix.
Bye,
Richard.

Hm, I didn't get what I hoped for.
A small error was introduced during testing of 0.28 which meant that the Baron was not able to win a KQK endgame anymore. Bad!!
This is fixed now and made available as version 0.28a.
Bye,
Richard.
