The "programmer" of siboney need to be sorry.
I am happy that it seems that god does not help the cheaters and that pepito clone failed to promote to the 4th division.
I cannot understand people who take an existing program and do change to make it more than 400 elo weaker.
I say more than 400 elo weaker because I believe that the difference between the 5th division and the first division is more than 400 elo.
pepito is going to play in the first division when movei that is clearly more than 100 elo better than siboney is still at least 300 elo weaker than first division level.
It is clearly more than 200 elo weaker than the previous public list(list4.60)
when list4.60 is probably at least 100 elo weaker than just amyan(8.5-1.5 for amyan that was posted here suggests even bigger difference than 100 elo).
The estimate that list4.60 is at least 200 elo stronger than movei is based on a match of 20 games against not public version of movei(1 minute/40 moves) that should have similiar strength to the public version.
That movei tried every legal move with white as the first move and lost 19.5-.5(I thought that movei may have some big bugs so I tried similiar match against tscp(the only difference was the time control that was 1 minute per game but this difference was only to help tscp that it's time managment is not good for x minutes/y moves) and movei beated tscp 18-2.
I believe that movei can do better at longer time control relative to tscp because of better branching factor and the choice of 1 minute/game time control was done to help tscp.
I think based on my results that the difference between programs is bigger than what is suggested by the elo lists.
The problem is probably the fact that people use wrong formulas to calculate elo and the winner can lose rating.

I think it would be wise to wait a little before we start with "moral labeling" in public. The guy did not answer yet and apparently his intention was not to hyde everything if it is true that talked to Antonio Dieguez, who apparently lend his code for experimentation.
Let's wait.

right, he is saying that Fracisco is malevolous or something.
Actually I recieved the eval of Francisco and myself put it in amyan. I have not lend my code to anyone except to Dann a few times before.
