90'/game+30"/move, Pentium 4 1,4 GHz, 64 MB Hashtables, Fritz 8 GUI, resigning and tablebases on, Ponder off, 3 & 4 men EGTB
All engines with own opening book if possible (except WJChess), others with Elect2002.ctg by ChessliB
The 1st and 2nd of each group will promote to League E-3, the 3rd may promote if there is no stronger new engine.
All games will be broadcasted live.
