A qualifier for the Stars Only (Ktulus)

The qualifier is arranged for the latest versions of Ktulu (4.0, 4.1, and 4.2).
To be promoted, a new engine (Ktulu) needs to take upper place than the
Crafty 16.19 (the third star).
Ruffian 1.0.1 and Chinito 3.25 were also included for reference as
examiners.

Time control: 30'+3"
Celeron 1.7GHZ 128MB; hash settings is up to 38MB in sum for each engine;
resign is set to 6; few 5-men Nalimov's TBs.
Galis WBTM is used to arrange the event.

By the results of the qualifier Ktulu 4.1 is promoted to the Stars Only
event and will be played 10-game matches vs stars at tournament time
control.
(Currently Chinito 3.25 plays its second match).
