Invitation and deadline for RWBC 4th Edition

The new Open Class of RWBC will start at April 7th, deadline is
fixed to April 4th. Dont forget that free updates are allowed
now anyway during the first free rounds...
As usual there will be played 23 rounds Swiss at 15min/40 moves,
with ponder off on a PIV 2.66Ghz WinXP machine, own books, Winboard
only, learning on, main hash max 128MB, 8MB egtb hash, total max
hash 160MB allowed,all 4 men plus all R+X versus R 5 men.
Any new WB compatible program is invited to join.
It would be nice if would receive the desired config/ini
settings via email, as long as they fit the described rules.
The Qualification procedure will start at March 26th, deadline
is fixed to March 25th. No updates are allowed in the Qualification.
The games of the Qualification are done on my older PIII 650
Win98SE, everything else remains the same.
*Note that the Qualification is only necessary for programs,
which raise doubt if they reach at least 40% versus the last
five programs of the last editions Open Class in a double
gauntlet = 10 games.
