Adam 1.2 is really stronger than the previous version, look the first game, but in the second ...
In this position:
5r2/8/1N6/p5k1/8/P3P1PK/1P6/5r2 b - -


Adam 1.2 had a mate in 2 (43. ... R1f2 44. b4 Rh8#), but it chose 43. ... Rh1+ (well, it is a mate in 4) 44. Kg2 Rb1 (#5 instead of Rhf1 #3) 45. Nd5 Rxb2+ 46. Kg1 Rh2?? 47. Kxh2 after some moves Adam finally won, but I am not sure if Adam was who displayed the wrong result ({White mates} 1-0). No debug, sorry.
I used Galis 0.4.5, but I never had any problem like this. I have the new version, is a great tool (now with draw recognition, congratulations to Galis' author)

Thank you for this report.
I knew these bugs like bad. But until now i have no time to work around it.
Adam 1.3 is now released. But this bug still there.
Adam 1.3 now handle the result message send to winboard. Before, Adam was not sending any result except "resign" and "draw". Therefore, adam 1.2 can not send this wrong endgame result.
Next release (Adam 1.4 or 2.0) will correct these bugs.
