Consider Win32 machines (some have Windows 98, some have Windows NT, some have Windows 2000) on an intra-net (not an internet). They are connected by TCP/IP at all times, so I would like to run some games over the weekend.
I have seen instructions for this before, but I don't remember them. Could someone give me a step by step (imagine you are talking to a two year old) description of how to do that?

I found it in the Winboard Help file:
/fh or /firstHost host
/sh or /secondHost host
Hosts on which the chess engines are to run. The default for each is "localhost". If you specify another host, WinBoard uses rsh to run the chess program there. The /fd and /sd flags do not work in conjunction with these flags; if you need a remote chess engine to run somewhere other than your default login directory on the remote machine, you will have to include a "cd" command in the argument to /fcp or /scp.
