Yes..It's at Nanyang Technological University -Sports Recreation Centre.(Next to Hall 6)

3 rounds have passed and now
Shanghai University is first with 11.5/12..
4 more rounds to go..
go to http://www.ntu.edu.sg/studorgn/ntuchess/mainpage.html for dates and times of remaing 4 rounds..
