Sharper version 0.16 released

Hi!
Long to since last release... but now it's here.
Basically I added lots of evaluation that Sharper didn't have before, this made 0.15 so much slower that I found it to about as strong as 0.14, possibly stronger on long time controls but slower on short.
For this version I have improved time control very much (it was very bad before), and now it plays a lot better even though it is slowed down by more evaluation.
I hope that this version will perhaps help Sharper reach the 4th division in WBEC, 0.14 have done very well so far but I don't think it would do well in 4th if it had reached it.

Hi Albert!
I have been running Sharper 0.16 since you sent it to me for bugtesting... and my tests shows that it's about 130 ELO stronger than Sharper 0.14 ! That's impressive !

Aaah that was good to hear, I think the official release is even stronger, because I don't think that your version could use the opening book?
I'm on a break from chess programming now, but expect stronger version to arrive sometime...
