1)I wondered what happened to Kaissa1.8 when the programmer said that it is clearly better than 1.7
Vladimir should responde to it.
2)I wonder what happens when only 2 engines promote directly to the 1st division
or premier division(Elchinito and probably kaissa) when there are 3 engines that are out of WBEC

I think Johan did.
The "empty" places will be filled from below after the new engine matches and before the promotion/relegation matches.
In case no other new engine except ElChinito qualify for the 1st, rank 2 of the 2nd will be promoted automatically, if so then rank 3 to 5 of the 2nd plays at the promotion tourney.
