New IL-4, Ver-qual 1

By some requests I decide to run additional rounds for all 7 qualifiers to
allows new versions gain 20 games and get more accurate test.
The 1th qualifier for new versions is concluded.
To be qualified, a new version needs to take upper place than the best
previous version.

Time control: 30'+3"
P3 1GHz 256MB; hash settings is up to 38MB in sum for each engine;
resign is set to 6; few 5-men Nalimov's TBs.
Galis WBTM 0.5.0 is used to arrange the event.

The new outcome differs not very much from the first one.
It looks like RDChess V3.22 plays at this time control not stronger (or maybe even a little worse) than V3.15 (6,5/24 compared to 7/24.

Hi Igor,
Thanks for re-running the qualifier with 20 games.
It is true that TRACE 1.25 is stronger than 1.1.2
I'm sure she will do a little better than the older version.
