I've taken a vacation from development but my next goal for 0.19 or 0.20 is to achive mid placement in 4th division.

When I am making a download on your site I always have Sharper 0.17 from the 26.11.2003.

I confused my self with an unreleased version. 0.18 is yet to come. 0.17 is the latest available version (quite old now).
