Hi Clemens,
Like Peter answered already, all settings etc. are available at my site.
(File under 'Conditions&Specs', 'Rules' also gives some add. infos)
Why a certain program plays in a certain class depends only on its
previous results in former editions. The base for the first edition
was a huge rapid tourney with 15min/50 in the end of 2001 until
March 2002 IIRC. Currently these old tourney results are offline
due to lack of web space. (games still available for download)
Some of the most known WB sites have a direct link on top of
the forums page.
Therefore I dont post the link anymore with the results.
