Thrust me on this. For curiosity I played 50 games between them:
Ruffian 2.0.0 - Ruffian Leiden (active chess) 26,5 - 23,5
Evaluation, depth and node speed are almost identical - I am 99% that Leiden is not any stronger.

Do they use the same opening books?
