New swiss tournament

Hardware: Pentium IV 1.3ghz 128mb Windows 2000
Arena 1.02 Ponder Off Nalimov Tablebases
Time control: 5min +1sec increment per move.
Swiss tournaments of 20 programs each one. It will be sorted by rating (based on my rating list). Will be 5 divisions and programs out if this, will play an elimination tournament to play next edition.Will promoted first and second program automatically to high division and programs qualifiqued third and four will play a match against programs qualifiquied in position 17 and 18 from high division.
Updates will not allowed during the tournament.
Can play only winboard and UCI programs.
Only one program by author.
I will give the list of each division when I decide programs to play in it.Deadline a week later I give the definitive program list.First swiss in play will be the division 1. List can be changed until the tournament (I can replace some programs by others).
Authors interested in participate their programs (beta versions or private versions),please contact in one of these email address: SMMM18@hotmail.com or sergio_martinezg@yahoo.es
In case not changes by program version, I will use last free version of the program.
