It only shows the small gap between bottom of the premier division and top of the second division.
In the 4th edition amyan was only one place above going down to the second division and now it promotes to the premier division.
The name 1.592 may be an improvement relative to 1.59 but I guess no big improvement based on the small difference in the name.
