limited download size,OT

hi all,
got a little problem.
it seems i cant download the new arasan windows intall.exe.
keeps stopping at about 550kb of 4.6 mb.
my system thinks the download is complete.
i have'nt a clue whats going on.
i've noticed stuff like this the last 2 weeks or so.
any idea's?

Arasan 7.4 will be available on winsite.com in a few days. That site seems to have fewer timeouts.
You might try a download manager (see http://download.com.com/3150-2071-0.html?tag=stbc.gp for a list) that can resume a transfer if it is incomplete.
