Note to Gothmog 0.4.6 users

I have now done some tests with the tournament book file included with
Gothmog 0.4.6, and concluded that the book seems to work reasonably well.
I now recommend that the tournament book is enabled in serious games.
Change "tbook no" to "tbook yes" in the gothmog.ini file.
For non-serious games, you should of course just continue to use whatever
settings you think are most fun. Not using the tournament book will give
more variety in the opening, but using the tournament book will lead to
sharper lines which the engine (hopefully) understands better.
I remind you that the tournament book should not be used alone, but together
with a wider and deeper book. The tournament book contains just a handful of
very short lines. If you want to have a look at the contents, you can check
the file tbook.pgn, from which the tournament book has been built.
