New IL-5, Ver-qual 4 (notes on Beowulf 2.2)

The 4th qualifier for new versions is concluded.
To be qualified, a new version needs to take upper place than the best
previous version.

Time control: 30'+3"
Celeron 1GHz 256MB; hash settings is up to 38MB in sum for each engine;
resign is set to 6; few 5-men Nalimov's TBs.
Galis WBTM 0.5.0 is used to arrange the event.

A bug of Beowulf 2.2 (in multi-game matches)
After the third game of the match is concluded with a draw after repetition
it continue to think the previous game line when the 4th game starts and claim draw.
The game is replayed off course.
